Exclusive Signature Program

We have a new program called ESP (Exclusive Signature Program).

This unique program will offer our UDA hobby direct accounts an opportunity to have personal items signed by one of Upper Deck's Authenticated elite athletes – Lebron James, Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Kobe Bryant and Kevin Durant. There are throughout the year with our athletes that you can send in products that you or your customers may have signed by our representatives. All items need to be pre-approved before being sent in. This would be a great opportunity for you to expand and contact other local businesses (golf courses, church/charities), to help generate more revenue for your store. For more information regarding this program please contact your sales representative.

To ensure the items are sent to us in the most reliable manner, signed properly and returned to you in perfect condition, we have enclosed the following helpful information:

• Invoice – Please email your sales rep a list of items that you would like signed by our athletes. Once we receive your list, we will then create an invoice that will be emailed to you. Make sure that the invoice that will be emailed to you is enclosed when shipping your item to us. This will ensure the item is shipped to the correct location. We have also included a unique order number on the invoice that will enable UDA to effectively process your order. UDA will notify you upon receipt of each item.
  
  
• Signature Location – UDA reserves the right to have the item signed in the location that we would best showcase our athlete's signature on your item (please see terms and conditions below). UDA will also select the color and type of pen that will work best on your item. Please do not send pens or pen color instructions with your item.
  
  
• Safe Shipping – Upper Deck Authenticated recommends you use the service of local shipping centers such as Mailbox Etc. or The UPS Store to send your items. Using such services will ensure the item is properly packaged, insured and sent in a traceable method. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item and providing a tracking number so that we can track the shipments on our end. UDA will provide free shipping back to you via UPS or DHL. A signature will be required for delivery. Using a shipping center service to ship the item to us is not required; however, please ship the item with a carrier that provides tracking. We also recommend you insure the item during shipping for its market value.
  
  

Your item will be authenticated with UDA's patented five-step process. A special "Exclusive Signature Service / Show" hologram will be placed on the item and will match the hologram on the accompanying certificate of authentication.

Terms and Conditions of Exclusive Signature Program:

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. THE NUMBER OF PERSONAL ITEMS ATHLETE SIGNS MAY BE LIMITED. The eligibility of the *personal items will be determined by The Upper Deck Company, LLC ("Upper Deck") and Athlete. All mail-in items are sent at customer's risk. Any mail-in items received after the delivery date will be returned to customer. Upper Deck reserves the right to determine the pen color used to sign personal items. Upper Deck reserves the right to have the athlete sign the item in a location that would best showcase the signature. Prices include shipping, handling and insurance on the return of your item. Upper Deck and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, stolen or postage due mail-in items. Under no circumstances will Upper Deck have any liability in excess of $100 per item. Please allow 2-3 weeks after the signing for shipping your items. There are NO refunds or exchanges on mail-in items received by Upper Deck.
